The new Chapter 3, Conceptual exploration, has been posted here. In it I attempt to tease out some key LIS concepts and explore some conceptual frameworks that may be useful for research in international and comparative librarianship.  This concludes the rewriting of Part I the book, “Conceptual Foundations”.
